Filter unread messages in the inbox
B.com does this very well where you can filter unread messages so we can quickly understand who is still waiting on a reply. If more than one staff member is using the hostaway inbox it because very hard what still needs answering as it keeps the red mark on the message despite it already being replied to. Ideally the inbox icon in the bottom middle can be pressed again to filter unread/awaiting reply messages to the top. despite having the filter on for unread messages, I still get messages that another staff member has replied to making the inbox hard to use.
