Adding Ammenities & Discounts Displayed on booking engine

It would be very useful to be able to request amenities like being able to offer "meeting rooms" or "conference rooms" with the listing. Second, when applying for a discount, we have a more customisable ability to push our own booking engine more and, with this, be able to display such discounts on the booking engine All listings page, so the user doesn't just see it when they confirm their dates on the listing, and it pops up in their shopping cart. 

Offering discounts is one thing, but without a clear way to convey them on the particular listing, it defeats the purpose.
