New OTas (Agoda and CTrip)

It would be very useful to be able to add a full integration with Agoda and CTrip, as it's the case with some property mangers such as beds24.

Agoda doesn't reflect most of Booking.com listings and is one of the most used OTAs in Asia along with CTrip.

This would be a major edge that Hostaway develop such integrations.
