**Ability to Reschedule Automated Reviews / Schedule Manual Reviews**
Request: We need the ability to schedule/ reschedule channel reviews. Currently, once a review is canceled, it can't be rescheduled. The timing also can't be changed. I want the ability to post a review in the last 5 minutes of the 14 day period.
Rationale: Sometimes we have terrible guests. Sometimes they've had a bad experience as well, but most of time it's an unreasonable guest situation. We want to write a negative review to warn future hosts, but we don't want to tip off the guest, and then have them write a review. Sometimes we know we're going to get a bad review, and want to wait until last minute to post our review, giving us more time to get guests to cover up the bad review.
Workaround: We have to remember to manually do this ourselves. It sucks, and we forget or get busy. Other PMS platforms have this functionality.

Agree with this. Hospitable has this feature. Hostaway should see how they do it so we don’t have to switch to another software to accomplish this crucial activity that affects our reviews / superhost status / and revenue
