Option to Enter Provisional Reservations

It would be helpful to have the option to enter provisional reservations that are automatically deleted if no payment or confirmation is received within a set timeframe. Of course, there should be a notification requiring confirmation before the reservation is deleted.

  Absolutely, and I see other similar requests here for this too. This is such a lacking feature in HostAway. 

  I often send out payment links for guests and then completely forget to check if they have paid. We then realise on the arrival date that it hasn't been paid, and guest isn't arriving. Such a stupid loss of revenue.

  I found the Inquiry status in the reservation that seems to achieve this. It doesn't block out the calendar until they pay a deposit. I am not sure about it sending reminder notifications though. Have you tried this or do you actually want to block out the calendar without a payment? Do you use it when waiting for a bank transfer payment to come through? Just curious 🙂
