Upsells visibility for ordering purposes - URGENT

I have recently added upsells to my listings. the software is very poor with regard visibility of upsells. If you miss the upsells emails (which come in a flurry of emails and can easily be missed) then you will not see that anything has been ordered unless you go into the guests portal. There is no trigger for you to easily see that you should go to the guest portal, its not something you do routinely for every guest.
I can see that its going to be a disaster, the upsells need to be made very visible, even a special highlight on the calendar its probably the area that gest looked at the most. Taken to a special Extras booked tab... something!!!
I also agree with the upsells after a trigger event, I would never at this stage be able to put in early or late checkin with out it. It would cause too much extra work and cost and give a bad first impression to guests.

Upsells need to be limited in quantity.
I have a limited number of baby cots and high chairs available across several properties at each location, so the upsells should be managed collectively for multiple properties rather than individually for each one.There should also be an overview of the booked upsells, displaying how many are still available. Once all baby cots are booked, further bookings should be disabled.

Yes absolutely I agree Michaela, thank you for adding that, I was just thinking about putting in a separate request for them to be limited. Its a nightmare at the moment.
