Military / 24H time format instead of AM/PM
1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?
Please let us choose military / 24 hour time format in Hostaway, used for check-in / check-out times in messages and guest portal.
In most of Europe we use 24 hour time format, not am/pm.
2.) What problem would this solve for you?
Solving this would make us look professional and clear, instead of strange and confusing.
The check-in/check-out times are displayed to guests via message automations and on the guest portal. In most of Europe we do not use am/pm, and in Scandinavia we don't use am/pm at all. We use 24 hour time format.
We are based in Norway, and most of our guests are Norwegian or from European countries. Sending messages to these guests with am/pm looks really strange and a bit confusing. Especially if we're sending an automated message in Norwegian language, and at the same time referring to am/pm, it looks super weird. It looks like we are an AI robot with typos.
3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?
We have not found a work around for this other than sending messages manually, which defeats the whole purpose of automations.
For the guest portal I have not found any way to change the time format either.

I have another issue regarding time display: My properties are located in different time zones, but the tasks show the time based on my current location. When I create a task, I always have to mentally adjust to what the time will be at my location when the task needs to be completed. This doesn’t make sense, as the task should be displayed according to the property's local time.
The display of my own time zone is completely irrelevant. This applies not only to tasks but also to guest check-in and check-out times. The times should always be shown in the property’s local time, as that's what matters for both me and my guests.
