Upsell message automation and language on website

Good morning,
I have already mentioned this some time ago, but we would like to see an improvement in the Hostaway platform. Specifically, we would like an automatic message and task to be linked when a guest adds an upsell. We rent out our hot tub separately from our holiday homes, and when guests choose this upsell, we would like an automatic message to be sent to the guest. While the creation of the upsell task is already possible, we would now also like the message to be sent automatically.
In addition, we would like to see an extra feature on the website that records the guest's spoken language. At the moment, guests receive a default manual in English, especially with last-minute bookings, even if they speak Dutch. One solution could be to request the guest's phone number, from which the language can be derived, or to have a dropdown menu where they can select their country of origin or spoken language. This would be a highly valuable addition, and I have mentioned this before. This also ties into the hot tub upsell, as this information could be directly sent to the guest in their preferred language.
I hope you can implement these requests in the near future.
