    It would be great if there can be a way for a guest to message something like "code not working" and then Hostaway should send them the emergency/fallback code to get in. 

    One guest in the past did not get the welcome message sent to them because of an Airbnb API error and then they tried to check in at 1am (when I was sleeping). The outcome was that they were really upset, they had to find a hotel and then left a bad review.
