Task Assignment to a team of people not available

We have multiple cleaners and we are only allowed to assign one user which means only one user receives notifications. Also, only one user has the "My Tasks" in their mobile app. We need all users given full permissions to tasks to truly have full permissions. They should see them as the supervisor and assignee does and they should also receive notifications.

  Did you know you can assign a group and leave the assignee field empty? They can then decide who will take on the task. Maybe this will help you...
