Liability Balance as of date

How can we see what the total we have collected for future reservations as of a particular date is. These monies are a liability to our company and need to be reflected as such in our accounting records per GAAP.

  That is correct.  How are you doing this now?  Are you running reports for pre-paids in your accounting system?
