Liability Balance as of date

How can we see what the total we have collected for future reservations as of a particular date is. These monies are a liability to our company and need to be reflected as such in our accounting records per GAAP.

  Please update your financial reporting to reflect monies collected for future reservations ASAP!!!  This would be so helpful : )
