New section in financial reporting to allow for 3rd party commissions

Often times travel agents will use vrbo or Airbnb (etc) to book for their clients. My company offers them commission on the rentals, yet we cannot account for the commission in Hostaway. It would be very helpful to have an option to add a 3rd party commission amount and/or percentage.
