Prompting for AI generated messages

It would be useful to have the ability to enter a prompt for AI-generated replies in the Inbox. This would allow us to suggest the content of the response instead of having a new response generated multiple times until AI provides an approximately correct answer that must be manually modified afterwards.

This would also allow us to have a message generated that does not follow in response to a guest question.

  1) Not all of our messages are a "response" to a guest's message/enquiry. We have to write to guests about all sorts of things unprompted!
  
  2) So it's not always response generation that we want AI for. We want AI to improve and refine our own drafting. This application of AI already exists in other areas of Hostaway, just not in the Inbox....strange.
