Guest messages available in Guest Portal
Why can’t guests access their inbox message thread via the Guest Portal? Everything else is on there - receipts, terms and conditions, etc. Makes sense for them to be able to access messages from there as well.
It would be a big help given how bad Booking.com messaging is, as half those bookings don’t receive our messages. But if they had the link to the Guest Portal they could access the messages, no problem.
