Invoice - additional information box

Am trying to include in the additional information box the payment instructions but the text cannot be formatted in any way and results very difficult to read.

this is a very easy fix to enable formatting on that box (preserving the space obviously but at least should take new line !)

  I would also like to see a notes box when I add a charge to an owner so that I can give them a detailed description of the charge.
