Allow us to change room price in HostAway while there is an existing booking, in case the booking gets cancelled

Guests often make a booking for the future and cancel closer to the date. I would like to be able to amend the base rate in the background for these bookings if our prices change. This is not possible now. 

Let me give an example: A guest has booked a night for 1 June 2025 for EUR 100. It is announced that there is a concert in our area on that date, and we want to put the rates up a bit. I can only put the rate up for unbooked rooms. This guest then goes and cancels their booking. The old lower price stays in the system unless I manually jump in and change the base price to EUR 150 after their cancellation. This is not sustainable and I cannot keep an eye on reservations and cancellations for 10 listings all the time. If I was able to go and change the base price while the booking existed (without affecting the existing booking), it would then pick the new base price as soon as the existing guest cancels.
