Booking.com inquiries come through without data
I have had 2 inquiries from Booking.com that have come through without any data. No name and no ability to communicate to them about their inquiry. I was told by your tier 2 team the following:
"I was informed that the Request To Book feature by Booking.com is currently limited to specific locations. Even though Booking.com has recently made it available worldwide https://developers.booking.com/connectivity/docs/request-to-book/eligibility, it is not fully integrated with Hostaway yet."
I know how 2 platforms that I have to manually manage.
