Feature Request - Direct link on the Hostaway Dashboard & Make it clear how to Like/Upvote.
1) Please add the Community page / Feature Request page to the Dashboard. It took me a long time to find it via the User Guide. One click from the dashboard is better than multiple clicks, and it will get more people participating. After I finally found this Feature Request page, I realised it seems to be a subset of the Community page. Upon searching and viewing some of the community's feature requests, I couldn't find the main Feature Request page again. The back button wouldn't get me there. It took me to the "Submit a Request" support page instead. This is so convoluted, wastes time, minimises participation in the communication page, and minimises feature requests. Why not add "Feature Requests" or "Community hub" to the Dashboard top right menu under "View Support Tickets"?
2) When I clicked on certain feature requests that other users have made, I couldn't figure out how to "Like" or "Upvote" the request. There is no "Like" button. There is no "Upvote" button. There is an up arrow and a down arrow, but it wasn't clear what that does. There is a "Follow" button..... does "Follow" mean that we'll merely be notified if there are any changes to that particular feature request, or does "Follow" mean "Upvote". You need to clarify the terminology, make this system easy to access, and simple to understand & use.

Completely agree. Took me forever to find it and needs better explanation of how it is used.
