Monthly Owner Statement Automation

Dear Support Team,
We would like to request a consideration of the following product enhancement:
Currently, we generate monthly statements for our owners that are essentially the same from month-to-month (aside from the actual stays, of course). We generally use the prior month's statement as a template to generate the most recent statements and so on. While it's a fairly straightforward process, it becomes time consuming and error prone as the number of managed properties increases. It would be great if either the portal or the API supported the ability to bulk-generate statements based on templates with only a few updates to parameters (e.g. start/end dates).
I'm happy to discuss in more detail if the team feels that such an ehnacement is feasible.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have plans to automate the generation of owner statements. We're currently in the discovery phase, so we'd love to speak with you and any other clients interested in this enhancement.

Hi Yuriy and others - if you want some help with this before Hostaway can get to it, let us know. We can build this for you. We work extensively with the Hostaway API and can build custom solutions. We are on the marketplace.

We also create beautiful owner's statements on dashboards. They have slicers, time periods, graphs, and pictures. A visual delight! Owners get these emailed to them directly or you can send them as pdfs.

Please do this - it's currently so time consuming to create the templates each period. We issue statements to our owners fortnightly and it's the best part of a day to do.

How do you create theses, do you export them from the finacial section or create them in the owners report. They look great.

As a service accomodation management company, one of the most time intensive tasks is generating monthly statements for our clients and no doubt this is the case for a good majority of your users.
Some basic example requirements:
>Button to generate statements for (select a property / multiple) (select month)
>Generated statements are pre defined with all basic information (Property, assigned owner, etc)
>Need to confirm what dates are defaulted to (ie. confirm all dates inclusive of the month)
>Nice to have: Draft common occuring expenses for that property (example - if cleaning and linen each month is 200£ avg - create a line item for Cleaning and Linen)
PS- there is an ourstanding issue where if a client (owner) has multiple properties, and I assign an expence in 1 property for April for example, when I go into the second property, the expense for property 1 will show up becuase it is assigned to the owner, and the owner is designated to the second property also.
