Customise Message Snooze Time
Please add custom date and time to Snooze a guest message in the Inbox. Current options are limited. There are numerous applications for this, such as:
- reminder of early check-in/late check-out requests
- requests for additional upsell items to be added to the property prior to check-in
- prompts for repeat payment collection
- checking lost property received by guest
- reminders for checking chargeback appeals
