Automatic Messages for Owner Reservations
The automated messages does not seem to push to the home owner reserved days. I would imagine this is a similar and continues item for a lot of us and would need to send owners messages scheduled for guests manually. When this can be done manually, it takes the owner reservation and full experience out of the equation as a guest would have.
Could you please have automated messages be enable to send automatically to any owner stay?

We agree that our access codes change frequently, and the increasing amount of effort required to retrieve and communicate these to owners is significant. Treating owner stays similarly to guest stays in terms of messaging would be extremely beneficial. Not only would this streamline the information-sharing process, but it would also allow owners to enjoy the same experience as guests through consistent communication via emails. We also propose including a guest portal for their stay.

I would like this feature as well. I just asked my rep if it's possible and his best suggestion was to create templates, however, that still has me remembering to send them when the booking comes in, prior to arrival and before check out. This seems like an easy feature to add since there's already automations for all the other bookings. PLEASE HOSTAWAY! *Begging on hands and knees*

Agreed! It would be helpful to have automated messages set up for owners stays only. Automated tasks related to owners stays as well.
