Hi Team,

Please be informed that the ability to search by keywords in the inbox would be incredibly helpful for finding similar content, allowing us to save time when responding to new guests with similar inquiries.

  Yes. We can search our Inbox by keyword in AirBnB and in some other PMS.  We should be able to search by keyword in the Inbox for various reasons. Sometimes we recall a conversation with a guest about a particular topic, but not necessarily remember the guest name. If we can search by keyword, it would help us find the relevant conversations quickly.

  Yes I agree this would be a great feature.  It can be a real challenge of mind messages in the current inbox.
