Optional Extra/ Notes Reminder

1) One Location for all Host Notes or an  Internal Optional Extras on Reservations ( Ex Pool Heat yes/no 

2)  Guests Contract Extras within the platform or sometimes its an extra request we don't charge but we need to take note to remind ourselves to turn on pool heat or drop off a high chair. Just a reminder we dont need to assign a task that because very clunky and hard to set up tasks ask for to much info we just need to look at our week see what needs to be done and message our staff

3) right now we have to look at each individual check in what they will need in each out and each check out as as well
