Direct Integration with HubSpot
A direct integration with HubSpot would be super helpful. We use HubSpot as our CRM and marketing system. The zapier integration leaves a lot to be desired and a direct integration would be much better. We are currently doing a more manual process and workaround using other systems but would rather centralize it on Hostaway.

We used Smarter Tools Smarter Track (it's possibly a little dated albeit much more cost-effective compared to HubSpot) with a different PMS over 15 years ago, so I agree with the merits of having a much better scalable CRM to manage communications during the guest journey. Also, for larger teams, it's a must to know who is handling which messages and pass them around teams to avoid confusion or duplication.
It's not so relevant to us today, purely because of cost and current scale, but if we intend to grow, CRM functionalities would be a definite must-have to stay organised.0 -

We have a special implementation of Jira, if you want to consider that, called HVOPs.

Running it through Jira is no different than using Zapier as far as running it through a 3rd party service for an integration, we are already doing that. I'd rather see a true direct integration between Hostaway and HubSpot.

We do not use zapier and we have a lot of automations.
