    A flag to blacklist a guest would be useful.
    Possibly with notes for the reason.
    Then, as mentioned by Stephen, if the mobile/email/name matches the blacklist, we should be alerted.
    Advanced CRM functionalities.
    Too often, we have to decline bookings after they are created across our apartments when the same person with whom we had a problem books a different property and sometimes on a different OTA platform.

    We really need this too!  Getting a lot of chargebacks on direct bookings.
