Onboarding prescriptive tutorials

I have had multiple scheduled onboarding video calls and I am still not up and running with Hostaway. I have been on here a month and I am loosing my patience as I can not access self paced tutorials of how to set up my account to allow bookings to collect needed information and payment. I am nearing the end of my patience as I have signifincatly lower revenue becasue I can not apply discounts for weekly and monthly stays when I am not sure how someone is able to book and reserve on my claendar without sharing the necessiary information for the lease agreement and sign agreement with house rules and disclose all needed info and track the payments including taxes and security deposits. It is too much to just figure out AFTER I have people already in the homes. I have not developed any trust in hostaway to collect the information and I know VRBO and has even worse support than Airbnb. I need to collect this information BEFORE the guest arrives and NO ONE at hostaway seems to have the ability to explain how this is happening or how to set this up or where to find a tutorial to show me. I am so tired of the video meetings as they are always in the middle of the day when I am dealing with emails and phone calls and other business and 45 minutes of wasted time while a hostaway person looks through the platform for answers to my questions is painful and disrespectful of my time. I have also seen that they keep clicking "solved" on my posts, even though not one of my questions or concerns has been "solved" and I am nearing the time where I will need to cancel this subscription. I am looking money and sleep every day this continues.
