Messaging transparency

I need all users in our hostaway account to be able to message as themself. Our company policy requires that everyone who messages a guest do so as their own self so that guests know who they are communicating with. I have set up profiles for the other people with photos but they still show up in messaging looking like a robot. We have told Hostaway and they have not corrected this issue.
