Stripe Holding over $50K for over 6 months
Has anyone else had issues with Stripe holding payments and not releasing after the 120 day wait they originally quoted?
We had one very large group in our multi-unit building over Mardi Gras 2024, and Stripe stopped any payments and is now still holding over $50k since February 2024 (6 months). We have had 0 chargebacks on the account EVER, and they are refusing to release.
Hostaway recommends Stripe so I assume someone else has probably run into this issue within the community.

Yes, this is something we are also experiencing. We have moved immediately over to Authorize.net

We switched to Elavon (through Authorize.net), and they did the same thing to us after 6 months! We just switched to Fiserv.
