Declined Reservations should not trigger "Cancelled Reservation" message automations
I have a message automation for when a guest cancels a reservation. This message is always triggered when I decline a reservation, whether that is Airbnb or VRBO. This is a bad look as I cancel the reservation, then send a message automation for recapturing the lost reason.
It would be nice if there was a condition for "Guest Initiated Cancel" vs. "Host Cancelled". Or at least for inquiries, this rule is ignored, since its not a confirmed reservation yet.
