Enable a feature that allows an auto task to generate if the event was a cancelation of a reservation

Can there be a trigger to allow a task to be made when there is a cancelation?

  I agree because when the reservation canceled by the guest from Airbnb channel, specifically the cleaning task, it will be canceled automatically which will affect the status of the listing to be checked by the cleaning team.

  Yes. We have API integrations with cleaners, ID verifications, etc that need to be canceled by us when a reservation is canceled.

   

  1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?

  Cancelation Trigger (and/or API integration) for Auto Tasks

  
  2.) What problem would this solve for you?

  This would help me to remember to cancel cleaners, ID verification, etc. that have been scheduled through API integration.

  3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?

  Remember to cancel appointments and/or tasks scheduled by API integrations.
