Text Messaging Feature
It would be really helpful to have the ability to send and receive text messages from guests in Hostaway instead of using the email or API function. Currently, we are having to do this in Enso Connect but would rather do it all in one platform.

I second this! Yes it would be particularly helpful especially for our direct booking and booking.com guests who seem to call me at every check in needing all the check in instructions. I currently send out 5 messages pre check in! We are currently copying and pasting all the messaging into a phone to send to guests which takes an inordinate amount of my time. For the amount of money this PMS charges a month, it seems SMS should be a no brainer.

This is available... We have been using SMS in Hostaway for over a year now. It would be nice if it MMS instead of just SMS. It's limited to 140 characters and you can't send photos.

Jacob, are you sure? I spoke with Hostaway support and they said there is no sms (text messaging) feature on the platform yet. That being said SMS and MMS would both be great and a longer character limit then 140 too.

Jacob, disregard the support person I talked to was wrong. There is SMS as you said however it looks like Hostaway needs to activate it for the account. It's not just automatically turned on. https://support.hostaway.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406469032475-Inbox-SMS-Feature
