We as a company not only take reservations from OTAS We also take reservations from Agencies and Travel Agents, so we need a way to recognize this source of reservations.

  I agree I tried to use the custom field to build my formulas based on the agent name the percentage commission amount, but unfortunately custom field. It is visible to the property Owner me as a property manager. I don’t want to show this custom field to the property owner, I suggest that we build all our own custom field , and it can be controlled permission wise by the property manager.

  it would also be useful to us to be able to monitor/report by the end of the year which OTA did how many bookings etc.

  And to have special invoice templates for them...
