Message automation "Availability " trigger needs to also have "unavailable" trigger

1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?

Currently availability trigger can only be configure for "available" (ie 1 or more days available). There is no way to configure a trigger for "unavailable" (ie 0 days available). Need to add an unavailable trigger option.

2.) What problem would this solve for you?

So we can trigger different check out messages based on whether or not the listing is available or unavailable the next day. Right now we can only trigger messages when listing is available but there are many cases where a message needs to be triggered when the listing is unavailable.
3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?

no work around.
