Add standard & custom financial formulas to message fields

1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?

when creating message automations, the Standard Fields needs to include financial formulas (and custom financial formulas) as selectable options to add into message.

2.) What problem would this solve for you?

I need to include financial formula values in automated messaging that come from custom and standard financial formulas. Example, sending guest automated message that offers additional upsell days at $X price. X price = 50% discount of their current booking.

3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?

There is no option to do this except for using custom fields with has to be manually updated per each reservation which is not feasible.

  Hello,

  Thank you for your feedback—this is an interesting use case.

  Adding financial fields and formulas as dynamic fields (not only in message automations but potentially in other areas as well) is something we're considering. While we don’t have an ETA yet, and it’s unlikely to be implemented in 2024, it’s a strong candidate for 2025.

  We can set up an automation for the use case you mentioned. Not a problem. We do it for our own business this way.
