Date specific check in / out times

1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?

Be able to change the advertised check in and out times for specific calendar dates.

2.) What problem would this solve for you?

Having the same check in and out time for the entire calendar year results in lost revenue. Schedule is always changing, we have events, etc and house is not always ready at standard check in time, thus days have to be blocked off resulting in lost revenue. Example, house not ready until 6pm and standard check in is 3pm so day is made unavailable. Versus if we could update check in time to 6pm for that specific day then we can leave it open for possible bookings.

3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?

There is no work around other than changing the standard check in and out times which applies to every calendar day. Or allowing a guest to book and then letting them know after the fact that they actually cannot check in until later than advertised (our have to check out earlier than advertised)

This is a big pain point and source of lost revenue for our business. Currently cannot find any solutions to this problem inside or outside of hostaway.
