Multiple Check In Configurations (Based On Length Of Reservation)
1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?
Would like it to be possible to create different check in instructions/configurations based on the LENGTH of stay of the reservation. For example: For 30 day+ reservations we require an ID, selfie, email, upsells, and rental agreement. However, for reservations less than 30 days we only ask for email and upsells.
2.) What problem would this solve for you?
Would allow us to collect emails and upsell to all guests because right now we have configured check in settings to accommodate only guests where we need a rental agreement and ID provided (long term or where we are processing the payment).
3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?
We are working on some website updates and a PDF that we link to automated messages to try and solve this outside the Hostaway system.
