Historical Booking Data Details

1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?

An area that allows customizable statistics on reservations. Most important things we would utilize immediately are average lead time (date booked minus date of check in), average length of stay, ADR.

2.) What problem would this solve for you?

Being able to properly set up dynamic pricing based on guest booking patterns, and creating a streamlined process to determine that pricing.

3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?

Manually searching reservations and adding up their length of stays, dividing by total reservations. Very time consuming and tedious.
