Inquiries and Bookings one thread
On Hostaway, it seems when someone inquires and then books there are two separate threads. It would be convenient to see the entire conversation in one single thread rather than jumping around to see what was previously said or missed like how it's done on Airbnb.

Hey Drew, I believe this is not supposed to happen. We have been running HA for about 6 months have only just experienced this with a new property that we onboarded last week. Airbnb guest enquiry is received with guest first name only and then when they book, another thread is created with the guest full name and does not include the pre-booking messages from the original thread. I have reported this to HA support who are looking into it for us.

This has been happening to us since day one of using Hostaway back in October of 2023. It is very frustrating. Does it have to do with how the connection is made or is there a way to fix it?
