Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our dashboard and this is common feedback that we will take into account when we improve the usability of the inbox.

Agreed! We have multiple Airbnb accounts connected and it is terribly inconvenient to have to log out of one Airbnb account and log into another to see details. Not only is it inconvenient, but it's also a security hole. We have staff that are given limited access in Hostaway, but we find ourselves having to give them the login info for all Airbnb accounts in order for them to be able to see the details they need, such as whether they have pets. The issue is that this gives them full access to all Airbnb accounts, so there's really no benefit in being able to restrict their access in Hostaway since they have access to all of the restricted data in the Airbnb account anyways. Ideally, we wouldn't have to give them access to the Airbnb account at all and they'd be able to see and perform all actions from within Hostaway. Another example of data that they need is the guest's Airbnb account/profile info for determining whether to accept or decline a request to book. The info they need for this is whether their identity and phone number are verified on Airbnb, how many reviews, rating, and whether they have any negative reviews from other hosts, plus seeing the actual reviews themselves.

For anybody that agrees and also wants to see this implemented, please UPVOTE the original post. The way Hostaway uses these feature requests is that they consider implementing the ones that have the highest number of upvotes (not based on comments or anything else). The way to upvote is by clicking the tiny up arrow under the "Follow" button (not by clicking the actual Follow button). If you do it correctly, you'll see the number in between the up/down vote arrows increment by one.

This is an absolute necessity! Almost just hosted a guest with 5 dogs from airbnb because we didn't see the reservation details right away! We only allow 1 pet but are not allowed to limit the number of pets besides listing it in our description.

I feel like the number of pets could easily be placed on the reservation sidebar when you are in a conversation with a guest. Number of guests should go: adults, children, pets!

Seeing the pets listed would be wonderful. Our cleaners want to know when pets are at the property.

Booking.com also collects information on estimated arrival time, but this doesn't get transferred to HostAway. A big fault and causes a lot of hassle!
