Implement Airbnb-like rules-sets Features for the Booking Engine rules-sets
1/ What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?
- I would like to see an Airbnb-like rule set feature added to the direct booking website.
- A basic solution could involve adding length-of-stay discounts, with the ability to select the dates on the calendar to apply different rules at different times.
- A more advanced solution would be to enable automatic synchronization of rule sets between Airbnb and the Direct Booking Website to reduce manual updates.

2/ What problem would this solve for you?
- This feature would ensure that the Direct Booking Website has the best prices for my guests, making direct bookings more attractive and competitive helping me to reduce channel commission and increase my profitability
3/ What are you currently doing to work around this issue?
- Currently, I do not have a workaround for this issue.
- It limits my ability to have direct Bookings and therefore I rely on the most common channels at the costs of my margins

This is a huge issue that I've requested multiple times as well. A very simple work around would be to improve the API connection with PriceLabs who embeds their Length of Stay Pricing Adjustment into other PMS integrations (they have it with Lodgify and Rentals United). A year ago, I asked both Hostaway and PriceLabs if they would find out a way to integrate this and HostAway has just acknowledged the request and PriceLabs made it known to me that they are very willing to set this up but HostAway has to allow them more access to the API. Seems like a no brainer as pricelabs is a top 3 if not the number one tool for dynamic pricing.

Booking.com too accepts a LOS table instead of a single price per night. It's a basic feature and I've requested that multiple times. They should set it in the listing properties and then apply it in the various channels. It seems they are more focused on sparkling news like the useless AI in the chat or charging for a useless dynamic pricing tool without the dynamic minimum stay than covering the basics.
