Need Expiration Date

n our process, we do not use "book it now" functionality.  We want to get an inquiry, vett the guests, and then send out a request to the guest to access the guest portal to finalize the booking and add their CC info.  We have that all working great in Hostaway, however, there is no expiration on the process.  That means we can send an offer out and someone can theoretically add their CC months later and confirm a reservation on dates that we've given to another guest.  Or, we could decide to give the dates to a 2nd guest since the 1st was unresponsive and then 1st swoops in an grabs it.  There MUST be some way to set an expiration on the process - one that we can extend and/or cancel manually.  Yes, we are and can cancel the first reservation, but that is a manual process and easy to forget.  It is also irreversible, so if the 1st guest then wants to change to different dates we have to start over.  This is clunky.
