Automated Messages - Send via Email
There is a system wide issue right now with Booking.com blocking all URL's which is causing us challenges as we need to send a URL to the guest to complete pre-arrival requirements.
When you manually send messages from the inbox you have the option to send via channel or email. It would be nice if we can add this into our automated messages so we try to solve our dilemma and automatically send booking.com message via email.

Yes, I think many others need this feature too! I would like to follow up a stay on any platform by sending an EMAIL (not SMS or channel message), encouraging guests to re-book on my direct Hostaway website.
This would be a win for hosts, and a win for hostaway as they would make more money.1 -
This is also happening in VRBO. Frustrating for Hosts and Guests!

They would probably need to start with implementing an {{email}} field, which would also be very helpful.

We send a link to our rental agreement and Vrbo strips the link away, so we always have to handle it manually. This is very frustrating, we really need a way to send messages to email through automation.

Yes agreed. If they would simply allow us to use email for automated messages for OTAs that would solve this problem.
