Upsells need to be automatically placed on the calendar as a reminder. For early check-in and late check out, they also need to be fed over to Breezeway so the cleaning crews know to get there early. Thank you.

  This is extremely important.   Upsells should absolutely be easily seen and identified on the calendar and added in a new section in the reservation details near notes - or at worst automatically pushed into the notes section.

  We use task automation for this. If someone books our birthday party celebration, it automatically creates a task, assigns it to the right team member and includes a checklist of what needs to be purchased and planned.
