Ability to edit a booking dates from any source

We often get guests who want to extend their holiday very close to or during their holiday. This is often not possible to easily do through OTAs, i.e. if the holiday has already started you cant alter things etc. If we want to add on an extra day or similar then we have to create a new booking, for those additional days. This then triggers all the automation and messages and task. It also messes up the financial formulas as it sees it as a new booking with cleaning fees etc. We just want to go in, edit the arrival or exit date, amend the price and resave.

  Thank you for the feedback. We are constantly looking for ways to optimize the processes needed to manage your business and see a valid reason for this request.

  The channels limit what is possible to do via API and often require such reservation changes to be triggered from the OTA, so we will bring the feedback to our partners to work together on a way to simplify this flow.

  Yes, I can't believe this isn't already part of the system.   This is not just something that would be nice, it's a requirement IMO.
