Notify us of any errors sending automations
The title says it all. If there is ever an internal error or any other kind of error for which an automation isn't sent to a guest, notify us so that we can do something about it.
We just found out by complete coincidence that a time-sensitive automation wasn't sent to a guest checking in today. It wasn't sent due to an "internal error". This same automation has been sent normally countless times before. It would have been a TERRIBLE guest experience if we hadn't found out about this.
Please make it possible for us to get notified if every an automation isn't sent that we are expecting to be sent. Or for that matter, whenever anything doesn't happen that we were expecting to happen.
