Tasks in the App are too Congested
There is way too much information displayed when opening a task in the HA app. It is SO much cleaner on the desktop. Please remove everything not pertinent to the task so the cleaners and maintenance can see what they need to do and when. Nothing else matters!
Irrelevant information:
Priority
The entire Schedule section: Starts and Ends Local AND Listing times? Can start from event? Delay? Should end by event? Delay? Why? Should only display one start and end date.
Auto Task?
Can be picked by group?
Cost currency (should be a global setting already set per account. Just like time zone)
Checklist (only display if there is one)
Resolution section?
None of the above is needed and makes seeing what needs to be done and when very difficult to find. TMI! Thanks for listening!

Please allow the person assigned the task to update the task easily. These four buttons should be at the top of each task and should be easy to navigate:
To Do
Accepted
In Progress
Done
I get all kinds of messages telling me tasks weren't started on time - and the people I assigned those tasks to have no idea how to update the task. Too many clicks are involved, and as the OP pointed out - WAY too many options.2
