RENTAL AGREEMENT ACTIVE FOR UNPAID RESERVATIONS

Could you open the option to have RENTAL AGREEMENT and ONLINE CHECK IN FORM active and visible when it´s not PAID? I also have direct bookings that I add manually and the  payment is not done until they arrive, because they pay in cash, but I need them to receive the Rental agreement and sign it before they arrive.

The rental agreement appears only if the status says it's paid, but I need it to be available even if it's DUE.
