Email conversation threading
Dear Hostaway Team,
I've noticed that emails sent from the Hostaway inbox to guests' email addresses are not threading correctly and displaying the entire email conversation history in each reply. Each email appears as a separate individual message rather than nesting properly. Upon investigation, it seems that the lack of References and In-Reply-To headers in the emails might be the cause of this issue.
Could you please consider adding References and In-Reply-To headers to emails sent from Hostaway as a standard practice? This feature would help ensure that emails are correctly threaded, enhancing communication efficiency with guests.
