Airbnb message "read" status and reactions

On Airbnb, it shows us when the guests have read the message. We can also "react" to messages with 5 different emojis (like, love, laugh, clap, smile). It would be great for these features to also be implemented for Airbnb messages in the Hostaway inbox. 

Reacting with the emojis is not only faster than typing out a response but also feels more "human" to most people. The solution that we have for this now is that we open the chat directly in airbnb to react or see "read" status. This is inefficient as we have multiple airbnb accounts and need to log out and in in order to do this.
